Walk, Talk, n' Picnic

Saturday, April 27th   1pm - 3pm

Enterprise South Nature Park

190 Still Hollow Loop Road

Chattanooga, TN 3716

Park in Lot #3 and meet near Gate 10 at 1:00pm.  GPS coordinates:  35°05'09.1"N 85°06'57.6"W

To get to Lot #3: Go straight at the stop sign near the visitor's center.  Drive 0.7 miles, and Lot #3 will be on the right.

We will walk on the road until we reach the Hidden Lake Trail.  This is a medium walk with some ups and downs. We will walk about 0.75 miles each direction, for a total of 1.5 miles. We will walk at a leisurely, non-rushed pace. There are benches along the way for those who need a rest. Once we arrive at Hidden Lake we will stop for a picnic lunch.  At Hidden Lake, there are picnic tables, restrooms, two bench swings, and open space to lay on a blanket or throw a frisbee. We will stay at the lake for about 1 hour and then walk back.

Picnic:  Bring your own food and drink.  You will need to be prepared to carry it with you on the walk.

Pets on leashes are welcome.
